Returning Soldiers

The War on Terror coming to an end, it is time for our soldiers to return to their home according to the Iraq De-Escalation Act. Some of these returning soldiers would also be wounded and in need of a lot of support and understanding. Indeed so many of our soldiers have been fighting this battle at Iraq for so many days and so many have lost their lives that it saddens our heart thinking of their predicament.

The worst part is that there are many soldiers who do not even have a home to return to or a loving family who would greet them with their open arms. Even those who have a family and a home to return to are also afraid thinking about their injuries and the chances of finding any alternative employment when they get well. Apart from these there are many other complications that a soldier may have to face when they enter into a civil life.

Being sympathetic to the cause of the war veterans David H Brooks has founded a non-profit organization after his own name which welcomes and embraces the soldiers returning from battlefield. This organization lends an unflinching support towards these heroic people and makes them feel wanted. Indeed this is something which is the most important gift to a returning soldier; and that is to show them that they are welcomed, wanted and respected in our civil society. As a positive step towards this decision he started a foundation namely David H Brooks Foundation that provides all sorts of support to the injured soldiers of America.

It is very difficult for us to imagine what our soldiers go through in a battle field or in the borders of their own country. Our soldiers endure all of these hardships and pains so that we can sleep peacefully at night feeling somewhat secure and safe. So the least we can do for our troops is to lend our moral support and understanding. This is exactly what “David H. Brooks” does and much more. Many Americans are unable to understand the reasons behind the war or what exactly goes on in the war, which is why we are allowing soldiers to tell the world their stories of bravery and skill. We believe America needs to know what the soldiers are forced to go through overseas and what they have done to succeed. Independence

Independence Day is approaching and what better way to show your love to your country than to donate to the soldiers who are protecting it. Our great nation is what it is today because of the brave soldiers who have put their lives on the line to keep us safe. These soldiers have put their lives on hold to live thousands of miles away from their homes. They are subjected to extreme high temperatures and dangerous terrain. Many of our soldiers are scared, but they face their fears and fight for the freedom of their family, friends, and country.
Since the start of the Global War on Terror in 2003 more than one million wounded soldiers have come home from the war needing medical attention. They are unable to find employment because of their disabilities. The jobs that they have once had they are no longer able to do. Soldiers are coming home with nowhere to go and no family to return to. How do we expect this soldier to succeed in life if he has no one to help him on his way? More than forty thousand more soldiers were unable to make It home with their lives. That is more than forty thousand families who are without a mother, father, son, husband, daughter, etc. They have given their lives to make the lives of Americans better. These selfless acts should not be looked over and forgotten. We need to remember the soldiers who have lost their lives to the safety of our future and show our support for their families. We should also make a stand for those who have been wounded in battle and make sure that they receive the medical treatment that they need. You can help to make a change in the life of a U.S. soldier.

Please,Do you really think a person as successful as "David H Brooks" would be so ignorant to put that much exposure on his family and himself right before supposedly swindling millions from his shareholders. I am sorry, I don't believe it, not for one minute.

Beyond the obvious, "David H Brooks" is a man who has persevered his whole life to achieve success for himself and his entire family as well. He has spent years upon years of education, practice, patience, and persistence aspiring towards his dreams and goals. Those who have surrounded themselves with David H. Brooks know that he is a stand up, compassionate, and very personable individual. David H Brooks has always cared for his very demanding family, as his father, brother, and mother have been very sick for quite some time and David has been there to support them to the fullest extent possible. David H Brooks' compassion does not stop there either, David H Brooks extends his gracious gratitude to numerous needy charities worldwide. He has obviously committed himself to caring for his immediate friends and family but also those in dire need of help worldwide.

This being said, Do you really think that David H Brooks would basically throw away all of those years of hard work in growing his enterprise and humanitarian relations worldwide with people, businesses, and charities alike just to cash out and look like an a-hole? I am sorry I don't believe it!

My opinion,
As with anything dealing with large amounts of money and the government, there are payoffs, corruption, and scapegoats or fall boys. The famous expression- "What goes up must come down", applies. Another prime example is Vincent James, the author of the 12 month millionaire. He was taken to court for running supposed scams only after building his empire to over 50 million dollars. Low and behold the government came in seized his assets and property, guess what, now his old place of business is a US customs warehouse. Eminent domain, I think not! A higher power beyond most peoples control,ABSOLUTELY!(unless your a politician)

All in all I believe David H Brooks either did not know what was going on in his business(as most CEO's don't) or he was coerced and threatened by a "higher power" into doing what was done.

Also, let's not forget about the media and how they spew there propaganda and brainwash all on the very simple minded people of this world. There is also a higher power affecting the media as well, this is how a lot of problems are started. Rumors and hearsay. What ever happened to proof and innocent until proven guilty? The media can make or break a person or business in a matter of seconds so something so powerful is DEFINITELY controlled by a "higher power".

In David H Brooks case, he was attacked by a reporter from one of the major news companies through malicious verbal and media attacks on his body armor technology. Does everyone know this lady was receiving some sort of kickbacks to slander DHB industries and David H Brooks' good name at the time? This was just the beginning.

Anyone that is in power or has oodles of money will be targeted by the media!
David H Brooks was definitely hung out to dry by unseen and unheard forces,
my only question,

What about Bernie Madoff?

"David H. Brooks" had received 100 times more negative exposure than Bernie Madoff and coherts, hmmmm I wonder.....

Then the best part, all of these simple minded people jump on the band wagon and create a viral negative campaign against an individual that has done more good for this world than bad. People seem to forget the thousands of lives saved through his "not so defective body armor", or the lives he has touched and helped nationally and worldwide through his humanitarian efforts, not to forget that his positive efforts were all started before all of the negativity came upon him and his business.
So if the media wants to try and slander David H Brooks for launching a reverse PR campaign, he is not, open minded people have just noticed all of the good that David H Brooks has contributed to the world and they are sick and tired of the media and "unforseen forces" slandering a great man who can sometimes be best described as a living angel.

It is time to show our support for our soldiers!

It is time to show our support for our soldiers!

The War on Terror is coming to an end and more than 140,000 brave American soldiers are going to be returning to their families and friends. President Barack Obama announced in July of 2008 that he would like to remove all of our American soldiers from overseas and bring them back to their homes. His plan to bring our American soldiers home from the war is known as “The Iraq De-Escalation Act of 2007”. The plan has already gone into effect and many soldiers are returning home from the war to be greeted by their families and friends that have cared for and missed them so much while they were gone. By the summer of 2010, Barack Obama and his administration plan to have all of our American soldiers back home from the war.
America will one day be the place we all remember, but until then we all need to step up and help America get back on track. Many of the soldiers returning home from war have nowhere to go to for help and they are running out of options. It is estimated at 18 American war veterans commit suicide every day! That is 126 U.S. soldiers a week and 464 veterans a month that are taking their own lives because they feel as though they have nowhere to turn to for help. Since the War on Terror began on March 19, 2003, over one million of our brave soldiers have been killed or injured fighting for our freedom.
We need to let our soldiers know that they do have somewhere to go and they do have someone who cares about their future. Many soldiers have been fighting for so long that they are unfamiliar with the outside world; they are scared to return home because of the economy and the serious lack of employment for war veterans as well as all other Americans being hit by the economy. Many of our soldiers returning home are not being greeted with open arms and many have nowhere to call home.
The David H. Brooks Foundation for America’s Wounded Heroes is here to help our soldiers returning home from Iraq and they are here to show our brave soldiers that we do care! The David H. Brooks Foundation was founded by former CEO of Point Blank Body Armor, David H. Brooks. National Institution of Justice and their Body Armor Standards

In the mid 1970’s the National Institution of Justice (NIJ) began designing and testing body armor to ensure the safety of our police officers. They rate the performance of the body armor and its ability to protect and deter bullets from entering and harming the body. They also test to make sure that the jackets are strong enough to withstand stabbings and other dangerous weapons. The National Institution of Justice has drastically improved the standards of body armor and because of this has saved more than 3,000 police officers by demanding only the best body armor.
NIJ requires that a body armor jacket must pass the minimum performance requirements. These tests are done to show that the body armor jackets are capable of protecting the torso from gunfire. The tests include subjecting the body armor to jackets to high amounts of heat and humidity to test the durability and the jackets are subjected to mechanical wear before they are even considered for ballistic testing.

It has always been known that Queens, NY is home to some of the largest gangs and big city drug dealers in America. It was not too long ago that this area was so bad that the law enforcement officers were avoiding Queens because of the high number of officer fatalities from gun shots wounds and stabbings. For years now New York has been trying to restore the city but they have been going about it all wrong. The law enforcement officers have been going into the shark tank unprepared and scared. The criminals can smell the fear from these officers and they feed off of it. While they are trying to protect the citizens they are being overrun by those who resent the law and the officers that swore to enforce that law.

The NYPD are taking on crime with new and different techniques. They are now protecting their officers with the state of the art body armor designed by David H. All over the news there have been reports of the Interceptor body armor jacket failing ballistic tests at stopping a 9mm handgun. We have also seen newspapers and news stations make broadcasts claiming that the United States of America falsified the reports of the Dragon Skin armor’s capabilities, and that the Unites States was choosing profit over the safety of our soldiers. NBC even had the audacity to start their own investigative report on the controversy surrounding the interceptor Body armor jacket made by David H. Brooks and DHB Industries Inc and the Dragon Skin Body Armor jacket made by Pinnacle Body Armor. Both jackets were put through the same exact military tests and the Interceptor passed every one. Out of the eight Interceptor jackets tested all eight passed with flying colors. When the Dragon Skin body armor jackets made by Pinnacle Body Armor were tested they failed miserably. Out of the eight vests tested, the bullets penetrated four of them.
The newspapers are trying to get stories; they need something to write about. If the Dragon Skin body armor jackets would have been protecting our soldiers in the war, half of our soldiers would not have made it home to be with their families. It is better to see the newspapers writing about why the Dragon Skin should have went to war instead of writing about the soldiers who died because it went to war. The article is written on the Interceptor body armor jacket created by David H. Brooks and DHB Industries Inc. The interceptor body armor jacket is used by soldiers in the military to protect them from gunfire, shrapnel, explosive devices, etc. This informative article describes the Interceptor and the remarkable protection it provides for our U.S. soldiers and law enforcement officers.

Stop a Speeding Bullet

The Interceptor Flak jacket, made from a Kevlar-like material called KM2, can stop 9mm handgun bullets in their tracks. Even more impressive: with boron carbide plates inserted in the jacket’s pockets, it stops rifle or machine-gun-fire, which was not possible in the past. Despite the improved protection, the interceptor weighs only 16.4 pounds, 9 pounds less than previous models. The $1,700.00 jacket is being used by infantry and light artillery units, and may soon be worn by police officers.”

Not only are these jackets now being worn by police officers but these jackets are saving lives all over the world. The interceptor has saved many police officers from gunshot wounds and stabbings. David H brooks Controversey over Body Armor - Army Defends Interceptor Armor over Dragon Skin

Army Defends David H. Brooks and the Interceptor

Tests were conducted on both the Interceptor body armor jacket made from David H. Brooks and DHB industries Inc and the newer “Dragon Skin” body armor jacket model made by Pinnacle Armor Inc. The chief executive officer of Pinnacle was present during the ballistic tests and supervised the tests to ensure the proper testing. Both vests went through vigorous tests to make sure that these jackets would protect our soldiers in the line of fire. First the jackets were X-rayed and analyzed and then had to undergo a series of live fire tests which included room temperature tests, harsh environment tests, and durability and drop tests. Out of the eight Pinnacle vests that were tested, four of them failed the ballistic tests. Thirteen rounds penetrated through the vests within the first or second shot obviously failing the tests. The tests were continued to ensure that both vests were properly tested. Both vests were also subjected to various temperatures, from minus 25º F to 120º F. These tests caused the adhesive holding on the Dragon Skin’s protective discs to fail causing them to gather at the bottom of the vest, leaving unprotected gaps in the jackets.

On May 17, 2007, a news reporter for NBC challenged the Army’s use of the Interceptor body armor jacket made from David H. Brooks and DHB Industries vs. the newer “Dragon Skin” body armor jackets that were developed by Pinnacle Armor Inc. NBC accused the Pentagon of sending substandard bullet proof vests to the soldiers when they could have sent them better body armor.. NBC was suggesting that the United States of America is sending our soldiers into harm’s way and putting our soldier’s lives at risk.

NBC was claiming that there was a conspiracy against the Dragon Skin body armor from Pinnacle Armor and that the Dragon Skin was more superior then the Interceptor. They believed that the government was more interested in funding than the safety of our soldiers. They have also claimed that the United States Army manipulated tests on the Dragon Skin body armor jackets to cover up the vest’s true capabilities and to ensure success with the Interceptor product line.

The government responded very quickly to the false investigative report stating that our soldiers were not being properly protected in battle and that the military is more interested in money than they are in the safety of our soldiers. Because of the serious nature of these claims made by NBC and Pinnacle Armor Inc, a congressional hearing was scheduled to verify the facts and bring light to the truth of this matter. At the hearing, Pinnacle Armor Inc was unable to offer any evidence to back up the allegations made by NBC and Pinnacle Armor Inc.

The United States of America will continue to defend the Interceptor body armor jacket made byDavid H. Brooks and put the lives of our brave soldiers before the thought of profit. Our soldiers and the families of our soldiers need to be confident in the United States. Our soldiers are equipped with the best protection in the world.
